Hello and welcome! Please take the time to read all of the info below as it's all important information we want you to know before you purchase your pass. It's important to us that this event is a good fit for you and your business!
NOTE: We do not require a vendor application at this time. If you purchase a pass, you are automatically on the vendor roster for this event. We will contact you via email after your purchase to get all the information we will need about your business for event promotion.
BIG BOTTOM DISTILLING is hosting THE WORKS at their bottling location at 8130 NE Nicholas Ct Ste 9, Hillsboro, OR 97124 on Saturday, October 4th from 11am to 5pm.
THIS EVENT IS ALL AGES (including all vendors) and dogs are very welcome in all outdoor areas.
All vendor spaces are 10x10 and vendors provide all of their own tents and furnishings.
We allow up to 2 vendors per space and a maximum of 2 spaces per vendor.
This event has a maximum of 40 vendor spaces available and will feature vintage clothing/goods, handmade items/crafts and art.
WE DO NOT ALLOW MLM COMPANIES or LARGE-SCALE BUSINESSES, REALTORS, CHIROPRACTORS, CONTRACTORS, etc. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING FOOD OR BEVERAGE VENDORS FOR THIS EVENT AT THIS TIME.
We track the number of vendors attending in each category and will close each category once it is filled to assure vendor variety.
Vendor load-in hours will be 8am - 10:30am and load-out with go from the end of the event until 8pm.
Vendors will be able to drive up directly to their booths to unload their setups and will then park their vehicles in an adjacent parking lot (more info on this coming).
This event will take place rain or shine. Event cancelation will only occur in the event of extreme weather that might pose a threat to vendors or attendees.
This event will be promoted through paid social media ads, collaborations with local media, via vendor promotion through social channels and more.
Vendors are solely responsible for their items and inventory in the event of damage or theft.
Tent weights are required.
We never predict or guarantee event attendance or outcome but always do our best to get the biggest crowd we can to come out and support you.
REFUND POLICY: We are able to refund 50% of any vendor fee in the event that a vendor cancels their pass. This is in order to assure that our marketing, insurance and overhead budget for the event is not affected by cancelation. CANCELLATION FOR THIS EVENT MUST BE DONE BY SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th or vendor agrees to forfeit their vendor fee entirely. In the event of an event cancelation due to weather, a contingency date will be announced, and vendor passes will be moved to that date. If you cannot attend the contingency date, your pass will be fully refunded.
When purchasing your pass, you agree to all of the above policies and confirm that you have read and understood all of the above information.
